Made from solid brass, these Brighton pattern sash window fasteners will bring a traditional look to your sash windows.

To operate, pull the sprung toggle down and screw the knob into the keep. This also pulls the upper and lower sash together, helping to reduce draughts.

Unscrewing the knob will release the arm, flipping it up into the vertical position, allowing room for the sash window to open.

The fastener can be locked by turning the additional screw knob.
